I absolutely love this knee brace. I’ve owned a few in my years and this one is superior. I must admit I was super excited upon opening it and examining it, from the breathable fabric, to the silicone gel grip, elastic and overall length. This one fits perfectly, Not too tight like others I’ve had. This fits snug. I hardly remember that I have it on. It doesn’t roll up when moving and allows good movement without restricting blood flow and leaving horrible elastic marks like others.

I needed this brace because I had medial knee pain. Probably from overuse, over stretching/straining, and falling off the climbing wall weird.
I’ve been wearing this knee brace while bouldering (indoor rock climbing) for about 1.5 months now. Climbing 3-5 days/week. It’s tight and very supportive and works great for me. I can slip it over or under my leggings. Usually over. No problems with it slipping down, although I did notice the gummy sticky things on the inside of the brace are starting to fall off. But I think the actual elastic and compression factor is tight enough.

I am a senior softball player with chronic arthritis in my right knee. In years past I’ve tried other sleeve braces without success. Two years ago I resorted to applying kinesiology athletic tape before every game. It worked pretty well, but is a bit of a hassle to apply and is kind of expensive. So I thought I’d take another shot at sleeve braces. I came across the PowerLix write up on Amazon and decided to give it a try. I wore it last Sunday, and to my surprise I was able to run full out and pivot without my knee moving out of place. After the game there was no swelling or soreness. I’m anxious to use it again and hope the result will be the same.

Great knee brace. I suffer from patellar dislocation and instability from a recurring hockey injury. I’ve since stopped playing hockey, but hiking and running can often lead to a tweak or total collapse. This happened roughly 3 weeks ago. I have small ACE bandages and higher end Don Joy braces – the ACE does not stay in place and I’m constantly readjusting, while the Don Joy is sometimes too large and bulky to wear for normal walking. This PowerLix brace is everything I could have hoped for. Not only is it much longer than the typical Ace knee braces, but it has a firmer hold and more stability for lateral movement. There also appears to be a very minor tacky hold to it so the brace stays in place most of the day and doesn’t leave any residue or weird feel/smell.

I completely tore the tendons on both sides of my left knee. Prior to this injury I had a standing 46” leap which is useful playing basketball! I played basketball in high school. Skipped playing in college because I worked full time to finish in four years. I played semi-pro basketball in LA six years before I injured my left knee. This knee brace 100% supports my knee. My basketball days are over at age 74, but I still can walk 3 to 4 miles a day without pain with this brace. It is amazing!

Use the sizing chart. Measure your thigh, order the size recommended, and enjoy the product. Mine fit very snug, but, not too snug so as to restrict any blood flow. I was quite pleased with the comfort and support. I wore it around the house for an hour before using it on my long hikes. I’ve had two knee surgeries, but I don’t let that stop me from hiking 3-5 hours at a time, whether Flat Iron, Vulture, or Quartz peak. Will definitely recommend to my hiking friends.

I bought this for my 70 year old very active husband who has been experiencing progressive knee pain over the past few years. As a former high school multi-sport and college level basketball and golf athlete, he is still an avid golfer and a daily elliptical and treadmill user. Recently diagnosed with ‘bone on bone’ knee pain, he didn’t feel that he was quite ready to commit to surgery. This knee sleeve has provided great support that is allowing him to stay active and out of the OR. Great purchase!

I am an unwilling expert on knee braces since my quad tendon surgery in July. I have been using compression style braces for about 2 months, graduating from the torture of immobilization and range of motion controlled braces. This compression brace has been the best of several I’ve tried. It has about the right amount of compression for me AND it stays up!! The bead of silicone around the top seam keeps the brace in place. This is a fantastic advantage over any other brace I’ve tried!!! The number one complaint about knee braces is that they all slide down your leg no matter how tight you adjust them. This one stays in place all day! I’m happy to give it the highest rating.

One word description “AWESOME” . Previously used Copper Fit and Tommie Copper knee braces, wanted to try something different and I have to say I’m not disappointed. There is a world of different between spandex compression and these. My knee doesn’t feel sore after a ride. I use it mainly for cycling ( about 100 miles on trainer since purchase). I will highly recommend this. Only one issue which does not take away from product is the absence of larger size. Asked a friend to try them out but they were too tight. Thigh size 23 and half inches . I have 21in thigh and Large is perfect.

First day of usage and Wow!! no pain during my boxing class!! This sleeve stayed in place, no slipping and was comfortable to move around in — It also fit fine under my workout pants/capris, was obviously there but was not bulky– When I first put the sleeve on, I thought it might be a hair too tight, I purchased an XL but am into weightlifting so my quads are a bit muscular — I had been experiencing gradual pain in my left knee because on my workout regimen so was in the market for knee support – After my hour workout today, the sleeve worked great; it didn’t leave any pressure marks where I thought they might on my quad where I thought it was tight so the fit seems to be just fine – This is my first knee support brace and so far a success!

Works great ! Knee was sore as heck and was getting in the way of my mountaineering. Put it on, did a 6 mile 3k elevation climb, no problem. Next day knee felt great. Could be too early make this assessment but so far it appears to be a game changer

I purchased this item after I injured my right knee (torn acl, sprained mcl, torn lateral meniscus). I have just started physical therapy. I got 2, one for each knee as my non injured knee is sore from taking up the slack for my injured knee. I use the knee compression brace when I am not using my hinged knee brace. It provides excellent support and is very comfortable. It is true to size. It stays in position. I would like it to be a bit longer, that said it is the longest one I could find. I would purchase this again and I would recommend it to others.

Probably the best knee brace I had. Ever since injuring my knee from basketball, I needed to wear a brace to prevent further injuries. Very tight and good fit. It provides a lot of support and better than my other need brace that I bought that cost more. No straps which is nice compared to my old one which keeps falling off after running around while wearing. It makes me feel a lot safer to prevent an injury.
